In August 2005 I was fortunate to become in contact with Martha Saavedra through an advertisement placed in the Daily Telegraph.  After exchanging mails for a week we met in Nice and proceed to view a selection of properties that Martha had identified as meeting my requirements. It was immediately apparent that Martha had excellent contacts and extensive local knowledge...
Through her I was exposed to properties held with a number of agents. After viewing perhaps 12 properties in three days I decided to proceed with the purchase of an apartment on Mont Boron with spectacular views of the Port and the Promenade des Anglais.
Martha's assistance in the whole process was excellent from start to finish. She assisted in every aspect, including opening a local bank account, introduction to a lawyer and mortgage provider, all of whom gave excellent service. The purchase was completed just prior to Christmas and she continued to extend valuable help with everything from arranging for furniture delivery to installation of telephone lines and other utilities, tasks that would have been a nightmare and very time consuming to attempt on my own.

Cela fait 3 ans que nous avons acheté notre appartement à Nice et que nous y séjournons pour les vacances.
